We\u2019re partnering with regional artisans to produce confection products <em>using their own artisan products<\/em>. It\u2019s that \u201cbuilding something of value to others\u201d piece I just mentioned.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff9b00;\">Product development.<\/span> We\u2019re methodically building a stable of unique, Pacific Northwest ingredient-sourced cookies in pre-scaled dough. To-date, we have <strong><span style=\"color: #1c1259;\">In+Dulge\u2122<\/span><\/strong>, our luscious 3-chocolate, \u2018accidentally gluten-free\u2019 cookie dough; and brand new <strong><span style=\"color: #1c1259;\">HazL+Nutly\u2122<\/span><\/strong> using our house made Oregon hazelnut butter. More PNW-sourced cookie dough products to follow.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff9b00;\">Restaurant desserts.<\/span> Essential Confection produces 7 texturally luxurious desserts to help restaurants create a reliable, predictable dessert profit center. Everything from the glorious <strong><span style=\"color: #1c1259;\">Essential Almond Cake<\/span><\/strong> (using sublime almond paste) with 72% chocolate frosting, to <strong><span style=\"color: #1c1259;\">Essential Citrus Olive Oil Cake<\/span><\/strong> (lemon-infused EVOO), to <strong><span style=\"color: #1c1259;\">Essential Flourless Chocolate Torte<\/span><\/strong> to <strong><span style=\"color: #1c1259;\">Essential Tiramisu<\/span><\/strong> (4 liqueurs). We&#8217;d love to help other taste the Pacific Northwest, so&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff9b00;\">A Super-Nova in the Works<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In Q2, the advent of local fruit has so many exciting possibilities. <em><strong><span style=\"color: #cacaea;\">(This is always true in Oregon. We get excited about sunshine and fruit.)<\/span><\/strong><\/em> We have a project in the hopper on a decidedly Oregon variety of an Italian fruit delicacy. More to follow, here, as well\u2026<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>And, yes, <span style=\"color: #ff9b00;\">Essential Confection has a holiday super-nova in the works<\/span>\u2026 totally emblematic of the Pacific Northwest. A real stretch for us that we think \u2013 executed correctly \u2013 will have no equal. Of course, our beloved <strong><span style=\"color: #1c1259;\">Essential Panettone\u2122<\/span><\/strong> will make its annual holiday appearance, dressed to the nines.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Working in partnership is discovery-filled.
